Dimensions: 12″ in diameter, 3 3/4 ” in height. NO LID. READ: There is a 2″ defect on the edge (see photos) OR it was done purposely to serve as a spoon rest/pour spout? In any case, it has no effect on the functionality of the pan. It weighs over 5 pounds and is made of 18/10 stainless steel: according to my research it cannot be bent even with tools.
