Teknika by Silga 5 Quart Stainless Steel (INOX 18/10) Braising Pan (Casserole) with 2 handles Made In ITALY The side of the pan is brushed, with the top 1/2" glossy. Dimensions: 12" in diameter, 3 3/4 " in height. NO LID. READ: There is a 2" defect on the edge (see photos) OR it was done purposely to serve as a spoon rest/pour spout? In any case, it has no effect on the functionality of the pan. It weighs over 5 pounds and is made of 18/10 stainless steel: according to my research it cannot be bent even with tools.
