Totally bummed! Just bought this beautiful copper cookware which I LOVE, and now buying house with induction stove and copper doesn’t work on induction. Pot have good linings and no copper shows through. Lid fit nicely and cookware is heavy-very good quality. I so want to keep this but all research tells me now matter what gimmicks I try is just doesn’t cook effectively with induction surfaces, but it cooks BEAUTIFULLY on my electric range. I never put heat over #5 and it heats really fast. Handles get hot too so I have leather sleeves I use which you can pick up cheap or make. Copper truly is awesome for cooking, best I’ve ever used.
